1. Using Reforme
By accessing or using Reforme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are not of legal age to do so, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms and authorize your use, where permitted by applicable law.
Features, availability, device requirements, and access limits can vary by version, location, and subscription. We may improve or change the service over time.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, use your own authorized sign-in credentials, and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords or sign-in verification codes with support.
3. Training and AI feedback
Reforme and Formy provide general basketball practice information. Scores, measurements, and AI responses are estimates and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. Results depend on factors including recording conditions and the information provided. We do not guarantee improved performance, a particular score, or any athletic outcome.
Use a safe space, secure your phone, and avoid recording or training in a way that endangers others. Exercise within your ability. Stop if you experience pain or feel unwell and seek appropriate professional advice. Reforme does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation advice.
4. Your clips and other content
You retain ownership of the videos, photos, messages, and other content you submit. You give Rezmou Inc. permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to provide the service and features you request, including processing through service providers described in our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
Only submit content you have the right to use and share. Obtain permission from other people where required before recording or uploading their image, voice, or personal information. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or exploitative content. Keep copies of videos you wish to preserve; the app is not a guaranteed backup service.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features, prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and any usage limits are displayed before you purchase. App Store purchases are billed through your Apple Account and are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled. Unless the purchase screen or applicable law provides otherwise, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the stated deadline. Your purchase screen controls the specific offer.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Reforme account does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app when available to restore eligible access. Apple handles refund requests for Apple-billed purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to applicable law and Apple’s policies.
6. Acceptable use and ownership
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person’s account or private information, bypass access or payment controls, introduce malicious software, or use the service in violation of law. Do not copy or redistribute our branding, designs, or software without authorization, except as permitted by law or an applicable license. Rezmou Inc. and its licensors retain their rights in the service.
Your app license is subject to the applicable App Store terms and, where no separate custom app license applies, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms do not override mandatory App Store rules or rights under that license.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains the information handled by Reforme and its providers, including AI processing and video retention. Third-party websites, platforms, and payment services have their own terms and policies. Review them when using those services.
8. Ending use and account access
You can stop using Reforme at any time and delete your account through Profile or contact support for help. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a material breach of these terms, legal requirements, or a security risk. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any rights concerning paid access remain subject to applicable consumer law.
9. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without additional promises beyond those expressly made in these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Rezmou Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or removes remedies available under applicable law.
10. Changes and questions
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
