Your game. Your information. Reforme is operated by Rezmou Inc. We store the videos you upload so you can revisit your sessions. When you use Formy, your conversation and relevant player information are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. You can request help with access, correction, or deletion at [email protected].
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Rezmou Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through the Reforme app, Formy, our website at reformeapp.com, and support. Contact our privacy team at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Account and profile: your account identifier, name and email supplied through Sign in with Apple (including a private relay address if you choose one), profile photo, and training details you provide, such as height, playing position, handedness, skill level, goals, and practice preferences.
- Videos and training information: recorded or uploaded clips, thumbnails, duration and timestamps, shooting results, form measurements and scores where available, completed drills, streaks, badges, and progress history.
- Formy conversations and audio: the questions and other information you send to Formy, conversation history included with a request, generated responses, and audio or transcriptions submitted through microphone-enabled features. Recent conversations are also saved on your device.
- Purchases: subscription status, product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates, and information needed to restore access. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.
- Usage and diagnostics: account or device identifiers, screens visited, actions such as uploads and completed drills, app and device information, errors, crash information, and network diagnostics. Where enabled, analytics includes session replay of app interactions. The app is configured to mask text inputs and images, including camera and clip views.
- Support and website: messages and attachments you send us, your contact information, and technical request information such as IP address and browser details processed by our hosting and email providers.
3. How we use information
We use information to sign you in, store and display your clips, provide shooting feedback where available, personalize Formy responses and practice suggestions, calculate progress and streaks, operate leaderboard features, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, detect misuse, diagnose crashes and usability problems, and measure which campaigns lead to app installations and engagement. Available analysis and features can vary by app version.
We process information to provide services you request, with your consent where required, to meet legal obligations, and for permitted operational interests such as security and reliability. Declining optional permissions may limit the related feature.
4. Formy and AI processing
Formy uses OpenAI to generate coaching responses. When you send a message, the service sends your conversation context and relevant profile and recent clip-analysis information, such as goals, handedness, scores, shooting results, and measurements, to OpenAI. When you use a voice-enabled coaching feature, audio you submit and any resulting transcription may also be processed by OpenAI to understand your request and provide a response.
Avoid putting sensitive information unrelated to basketball in chat. AI-generated feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate. OpenAI processes submitted information under its applicable service terms and data policies; see OpenAI’s business data privacy information. Contact us with questions about AI processing before using Formy.
6. Device permissions and Apple Health
Camera and photo-library access support recording or selecting clips and profile images. Microphone access supports recording audio with your clips and using voice-enabled coaching features when you choose them. Audio you submit for voice coaching may be sent to OpenAI for processing. You can deny or revoke microphone access in your device’s Settings; features that require audio may then be unavailable. Notifications support reminders you choose. You can change permissions in your device’s Settings.
If you enable Apple Health, Reforme requests permission to save recorded basketball sessions as workouts, including session timing and duration. The current integration does not request permission to read your Health records. You can disable the feature in the app and manage permission or existing workouts in Apple Health. We do not use HealthKit information for advertising.
7. Storage, retention, and security
Uploaded videos, including any audio recorded with them, are retained after analysis so they remain available in your library; analysis completion does not automatically delete them. Your profile and training history are retained to provide your account and progress features. You can delete individual clips or request account deletion.
Support correspondence, transaction records, and security or diagnostic information may need to be retained for their operational purpose or applicable legal requirements. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies in backups or providers’ retention systems. We do not promise a fixed deletion period in this policy.
We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit profile information, remove clips, and initiate account deletion from Profile in the app. Account deletion removes account-linked files and records through the app’s deletion process. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple subscription settings. Records that must be kept for legal obligations may remain.
You can also email [email protected] to request access, correction, a copy of your information, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful limits on a request. Do not email passwords or verification codes.
You can stop using Formy to avoid submitting further chat or voice information, and manage microphone and other device permissions in Settings. Where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is required, you can allow or decline tracking and change that choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Attribution information available without tracking permission may still be processed where permitted. Contact us for help with analytics-related privacy choices. Some processing is necessary to operate an account or the feature you request.
9. Younger users
Children should not submit personal information without a parent or guardian’s involvement and any consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information without required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and address the account and information.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our services or practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent when required. Questions or concerns: [email protected].
